Can’t open ChordPro.txt files

Wanted to have a simple text editor to open ChordPro text files and display them in chordpro format.
This app doesn’t do that (though the description made it sound as though it does). You can’t drag-drop files into the app. You can’t open local .txt files inside the app. The app doesn’t even remember its password between launches.
And the app requires a password!

Sadly, this app is a fail.
